AIBOAIBO is a supervised customer operations and CRM workspace that businesses use to manage business messages, leads, follow-ups, and support conversations across connected channels.
Use Of The Service
By messaging a business account connected to AIBO, you understand that the business's authorized staff may use AIBO to receive, organize, review, and reply to your conversation. Business users can create accounts, manage isolated projects, and invite teammates with access to their projects.
Human Supervision
AIBO may generate AI-assisted draft replies or summaries for staff review. Customer-facing replies are intended to be reviewed and sent by an authorized operator. You should not rely on automated draft content as professional advice.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or send passwords, payment card data, private keys, or sensitive identity documents through messaging channels unless the business you are messaging specifically requests them through an approved secure process.
Content and community rules
Business users must not send spam or scams, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, or content that violates the connected platform's rules. In AIBO Mobile, team members can report a customer message, comment, or sender for review by their business's authorized moderators. Moderators can hide a sender inside AIBO Mobile; this does not block the person on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or another connected service. The original business record remains available for authorized review and lawful deletion requests.
No Financial Advice
Messages handled through AIBO are for customer support and business communication. They do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
Third-Party Channels
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging services are operated by third parties. Your use of those channels remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Service Changes
AIBO may update connected channels, workflows, review access, terms, and operational policies as the service evolves.

YouTube Integration
AIBO uses YouTube API Services. By using AIBO's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy, and AIBO's Google/YouTube access, use, sharing, retention and deletion practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Connect only channels you are authorized to manage. Your team controls public replies, moderation, uploads and scheduling; review the selected channel, content, visibility and audience before confirming an action. You remain responsible for the rights to your uploads and compliance with YouTube's rules. AIBO does not guarantee Google verification, API availability, reach or engagement. Community Posts and livestream creation are managed on YouTube rather than published from AIBO.
